Physical

There are so many physical benefits to practicing yoga such as improved flexibility, building muscle strength, better posture and more...

Emotional

Yoga is amazing for supporting your mental health, improving sleep quality, aiding mental cognition and improving focus and concentration. It also helps to alleviate anxiety and depression symptoms.

Spiritual

Feel more grounded, connected, calm and centered. Connect with your breath and your body and be guided through a relaxation or meditation.

Breathwork

Breathwork can be used to energize the body and mind igniting heat into the body and others are for calming the mind and body and can have a cooling effect. Some help to bring balance within the body, some help to unblock the energy pathways. This can support your physical and emotional wellbeing.

Asana

Also known as the 'postures' of yoga. Working on the physical poses of yoga to support your physical wellbeing.

Mediation

The yummy bit at the end of class. The last 10 minutes where you can lay down, get comfy and be guided through a relaxation and/or meditation. Float away from the day to day and nurture your mind and body.
